[QUOTE="Flyer58, post: 427080, member: 18629"] Well after my 65 cent mechanical fix to lock the Dana split front axle I've decided to go back to the original set up. Nothing wrong with the spacer I put in as it all worked great but after thinking about the type of daily driving I do, MPG's, and wear on the drivetrain I went ahead and installed a new vacuum motor. Come to find out the old vacuum motor was frozen solid. I put it in a vice and rapped it few times and now it works ok so I guess I'll keep it as a spare. Also took the time to pull out the vacuum harness and re-seal all the rubber splice connectors. Once all together and tested I found the vacuum was very weak at the front connector with drives the motor. Previously it tested great. Back under to remove the T-case vacuum switch and found it was bad with the vacuum going to all ports and poorly switching between the two. Parts on order, should be here today.
