Issue with horn

My 1995 YJ has aftermarket LED headlights, and I am wondering if it had affected the horn. I just bought this Jeep a few weeks ago, and have already had to replace the flasher to a heavy duty one in order to get the blinker to work when the headlights are on. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Mark

Did you test your horn with a hot wire to see if it works? Mine worked one out of ten times when pushing the button and I found the copper contact ring under the horn button was corroded. If it's the standard wheel and button the outer foam ring pulls off and you can access the parts underneath. Easy fix.

Thanks. Horn does work with a higher amp fuse for a push or two, then it blows again. I think those LEF lights are pushing to much power?

Typically the DOT approved LED headlight draw a little over 25% of what a halogen light uses unless you've added several additional lights to the circuit. There might be a short in the horn wiring or button causing the fuse to blow.
