I think they are about the same. There is a good 95 FSM on the resources section of this forum.

This. Both of the ones you ask about are so, so and have inaccurate info at times.

OEM FSM wins !

the others are a horror,. they mix up 9-10 years of cars in toxic mix. (lies) chill-tons. 87-95 , endless errors there. ( mine is full or red ink,)
none are any good to learn ASE ,a art of engine diagnosis and repair ever,, they are for Reference, only buy a skilled tech.
sure both are best, both. if you can tolerate lies.

my OEM FSM covers only 1995, YJ and other 95 models too. just Cherokee and wrangler. and free see posts above get it .PDF down load free, and told vast times now, in vast posts. endless.
it has no errors I can find, not yet, we know there are, but it is the best there is.
OEM is best.
ASE books vast are the underpinnings to all. there are 4 OEM books, tool for 1995.
let me name them,
FSM
93/95 EFI testing
93/95 power train diagnosics
and #4 a real OEM parts book, PDD.

what more can you need, but ASE classes and books sure.
