You won't be able to use anything from a Rubicon, as the YJ uses leaf springs.
Rubicons use coil springs and control arms.
Nothing will be usable in other words.

Dana 44 axles from a TJ Rubicon would work, but it will be some work as you'll need to remove the coil buckets to add spots for the leaf springs.
The JK Dana 44’s can often be found cheaper than the TJ/LJ Dana 44’s.
Plus the JK axles are wider, which is better.
