Hey all, I have a 91 YJ with the 4.0. Just replaced my fuel sending unit/pump assembly today and I had to rewire a few thing (there some questionable wiring when I bought it). Now my fuel gauge is bouncing when the ignition is on. Before this, the fuel gauge always shows wayyyy passed full. So I thought bad sending unit, since the pump gave up I installed a new on and now the gauge is bouncing too often for my liking. The needle does go to empty when the ignition is off Any pointer?
