I am trying to find the AC liquid lines that run from the condenser and the Drier and also from the drier to the expansion valve on the evaporator core. I have purchased the suction line (HA111681C) that runs from the evaporator core to the compressor along with the discharge line (HA111682C) that runs from the compressor to the condenser.
When looking for the liquid lines all I can find is one that is available (HA111683C) which appears to be OEM part number 5503 6270. In the Parts Book the corresponding parts number is 5503 5747 for the other hose but am unable to reference it to anything available online.
Does anyone that has replaced this have any information on the additional hose?
1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ, 4.0 5 spd.

Thanks

welcome to the forum .some five yrs ago, a friend had the same problem, he went to local NAPA store and they made him the lines off his old one. dont know if they still do, but would made a good check. good luck. keep us posted.

I initially had posted something with factory part numbers but got rid of it after seeing your edit that you looked at the parts catalog. The 5747 part number is pretty difficult to find.

Not sure if it helps, but if you have R134A currently, maybe this kit would work? Looks like you have to update the drier as well if you have R12. Not sure if that causes a cascading effect of needing a new compressor, expansion valve, etc as well though. If you have R134A though, it seems like it may work. Possibly could return the other lines you bought. Just a thought.

Thanks, I've already converted over to 134A by purchasing everything except the Evaporator Core, this line is the last thing I need.

That's what I'm thinking I will have to do, had some hydraulic steering lines made up by NAPA a few years ago on an LS conversion, the problem is one of the fittings is pretty messed up so I would need to find a new one.
