Epic trail and EV surprise

Had my yj out at Hollister Hills off-road park yesterday and my 2.5 L…

made it up a black diamond rated trail when I was following two buddies with current generation rubicons. When we got to the top of the San Andreas fault line I was surprised to see 10 Rivian electric vehicles up there. Epic day! Nice to see my Jeep that I have $3000 into reaching the same heights as rigs costing so much more. Long live the YJ!!!!!

Do you think it was the manufacturer doing some testing or just a group of owners? One time I was on a motorcycle trip way out in the Texas Hill Country and we came upon a small fleet of brand new cars (can't remember the make or model). Definitely some road testing.

We chatted them up a bit and they were with the company. They also had a Jeep with them in case they needed some asssistance.

Thanks. Bought it last year in non running condition and have gone through nearly everything. I have been buying random Jeep parts off Craigslist and reselling them to pay for parts.
