Have ignition harness wired into racing switch,tired of feeling like my jeep is vulnerable, looking for compatible steering column. Or if anyone knows where to get one. Thanks in advance

I got a Jeep Cherokee column for my replacement. It has a mounting flange at the bottom of the column which I cut off. The pot metal washers which position the mounting bolts in place needed to be moved to fit. The column was inexpensive, but the best part was that the wires all plugged in and worked. After spray painting the plastic it is indistinguishable from the original (except where the failed thief tried to drill out the lock!).
used parts are are where you find them (shopping) googling,, car-part.com, or ebay and more. just search
the free sticky on this year parts shows 94 to 96 fit, I will now read the page exact there, and tell you what it states
do you need TILT? not told/ 6 columns there are.
but M/T sold is now 3 columns
wow even intermittent wipers matter too. option 2.
my answer is in parts book chapter 19 , shows them all. and all p/n jeep told.

Can you shoot me the diagram you used for the wiring. I am wiring a 68 fors ignition into mine and am having an issue finding a way to keep the ecu powered.
