I've got an 89 with a 4.2 and I recently replaced the master cylinder, slave and clutch and I'm loosing pressure. I'm thinking there is air in the system. Going to try a reverse bleed this week. Any other ideas?
I was talking clutch stuff with a fellow YJer today. I replaced my master/slave set up a couple of months ago and have had zero issues, prefilled unit. Buddy I was talking to had ordered his from Rock Auto and the first two failed. Third time was the charm. He’s talked to others that had the same problems with other parts suppliers and seemed to think I got lucky because others he talked to had similar failure rates
