my brother has a 91 2.5 w/ax5. he has a alignment pin missing and we haven't been able to find a replacement. does anyone have a part number or source for new ones ? it's the ones that i would call bushings not the solid ones like between the bellhousing and trans.

I believe the pins you need are called roll pins. Various sizes are available at most big-box building materials stores and at discount tool stores. Looks like they are also available from Amazon, but those may no be of the highest quality.
I have a 4.0 with an AX15, so I can’t help you with the actual size you need. Perhaps someone else will chime in…
