What are these lines going to the valve cover on 95 YJ?

I'll add that line to the valve covers fitting has a pretty small orifice, like less than a 1/16" in it if its like the other 2 YJ's Ive had. Get a small drill bit/wire,whatever and make sure its open/clear. DO not make it bigger with a drill though.

I cleans it out when I replaced the valve cover gasket. Still no luck finding the replacement hoses. Thanks

The two hoses connecting to the valve cover are CCV hoses. The smaller hose in the circle below is just a vacuum line for the fuel pressure regulator. It keeps the fuel under lower pressure at low load and increases the pressure under higher load conditions.

53030189 - Front valve cover hose to intake manifold (includes the fuel pressure regulator hose tethered to it)
53006236 - Rear valve cover hose to airbox

Sadly neither are readily available these days and you will need to cobble something up if you can't find new old stock somewhere. If the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose is in okay shape, you can possibly just replace the little vacuum elbows on it with a pack of vacuum elbows from the Dorman Help section at the parts stores. For the valve cover hoses that is where you will need to get more creative since the ends are different sizes and the hoses follow special routings.
