5 speed shifter vibration

I replaced the shift lever bushings when I rebuilt my transmission and that solved my vibration noise. There's a plastic cup the shift lever sit in and mine was either gone of the wrong one. It was a huge pain to release the cap which holds the shift lever in place and I ended up laying down under the transmission so I could get both hands around it.

The bushings look like this but there may be different sizes.

Did it vibrate under acceleration side to side

The shift lever on my 2.5 had been removed from the shifter stub and been incorrectly reassembled.
The spring locking tabs that go in the shift lever were literally falling out.
Which made it vibrate and almost impossible to find the right gears.

I have a vibration in mine when in 4th gear and excellerate to get to 5th gear.
I just put a new oem set of transmission and motor mounts and an ax5 slave cylinder in. Could it be the transmission mount went or do I need a new dana 35 rear end on my 1990 YJ???
Need a lil help..
