Lots of random crap accomplished lately:

Fuel tank fixed and finally installed (had to remove and reinstall yet again - forgot the little push-on metal clip for the sock to hold it onto the pump)
New cat/muffler/tailpipe installed - pipe is super close to tub but I think I have enough clearance to not rattle
Rear shocks finally installed
Brake master cylinder bled and wheel brakes gravity bled (will do a more thorough 2-man bleed when it's drivable)
Body mounts torqued. Decided to not install a body lift
Started tearing into the NP231 again. When I was rebuilding it a few months ago, I was pre-lubricating some of the parts. Stupidly, when I dumped over the case half, a bit of lube got into the RTV and made a spot that wouldn't seal. It's been slow dripping ever since, so I now have that back apart. Got the case halves resealed yesterday and filled it back up partially to test that joint. Seems fine now. One thing is for sure, it's a total pain applying RTV to the transfer case front half when it's installed in the vehicle. This afternoon hopefully I can get the rear pieces assembled and the driveshaft back in. Then skid plate can go back on. Beyond that, all I really have left is:

Rewire CAD electrical plug
Install dash and heater/heater controls
new battery
Fasten the windshield and hardtop
2-man brake bleed
Coolant flush
Other than that, I'll need an inspection and registration and then should be able to hit the road.
