I had a massive exhaust leak and am in the process of replacing the manifold(s) gasket. My question, since everything is clean and decked, should I use a "gasket maker" to ensure it doesn't leak, or once again just install the gasket dry? Thank you?

You say it is decked, I assume you mean machined flat? If this is the case I would use just the manifold gasket. If it is not machined but cleaned up really well and appears to be flat and level to the best of your determination, I would still just use a new gasket. Your mileage may very.
