    Brake Light Switch

So I’ve narrowed down my brake light woes to a bad switch possibly. My question is how in the heck do I get the old one out? Is there a lock washer holding it in on the threaded portion? It’s in a pretty awkward spot and I’m not a tiny dude by any means and it’s hard to tell. Pic for reference.

    So fresh and so clean..........

So decided to clean up the old Jeep Friday evening and put it into "summertime" mode. Cleans up pretty good for a 28 year old vehicle. Took it to the lake on Saturday and tooled around in the mountains with it on the way home. Was a really nice day to get out and about without the top.

    What’s next?

I ended up going with a digital media receiver since I mostly listen to Apple music. It's marine grade and a pretty good radio. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_105KDX37MB/JVC-KD-X37MBS.html?tp=72453

    93 YJlift

I put the Rough Country 2.5 lift on mine and ditched the front and rear track bars. Rides and drives better than before in my opinion. Of course my OEM 94 springs we getting close to reverse arching so anything would have been an upgrade. Also picked up the wheels and tires off Facebook...

If this is where I think it is, they have these races at an off road park about 30 minutes from my house.

    Traction bars? Remove or leave?

When I put new suspension on my 94, I took them off, since the leaf springs act as a track bar on all leaf sprung vehicles. It definitely softened up the ride. I too don't have many "legal" trails to ride in my neck of the woods, so it's mostly gravel roads and a few service roads that I ride...

What did you do to your YJ today/lately?

Gotta swap out my heater core. No heat at the moment.

What did you do to your YJ today/lately?

Fixed my windshield wiper linkage yesterday. Now I can drive in the rain. 42° felt a little brisk this morning on the ride in. Bout time to throw the top back on.

What are you all listening to?

Their lead guitarist died back in January. They put out a previously recorded album "All of your Stones" in May. That was his last album to record. They picked up a new guitarist and I don't think they've missed a beat. I'd love to see them in concert sometime.

    Lifts / Tire Sizes

I put a RC 2.5" spring lift on my 94 2.5L and gained almost 4" overall lift. I also had to add a t-case drop kit as I picked up some driveline vibrations and I wasn't ready to shell out money for a SYE. I'm running 31X10.5X15 Patagonia Milestar A/T's and I probably wouldn't go any bigger than...
