    When I turn on the ignition the wipers start

    When I turn on the ignition the wipers start. Sometimes they only go 2 or 3 cycles and other times they are on for awhile and then stop. Has anyone had this problem and if so what is the fix? I have a 93 Jeep Wrangler.
