    Engine keeps running for about 3 seconds after turning ignition off, then it is hard to crank

    89 Wrangler with 2.5, rebuilt the throttle body, it will crank right up & runs good, but when you turn the key off it will continue to run for about 3 seconds (sounds like runs out or gas) . Then it is hard to start (have to hold it wide open).
