    AX15 Bellhousing isolator

No fix, the 2 lines are just sticking out of the bellhousing. I've had the Jeep since 93. Don't know how long the insulator has been missing, but at least 20 yrs.

    AX15 Bellhousing isolator

They are unobtainium. Been driving mine for decades without it.

Sputtering / hesitating / stalling after lifter replacement (out of ideas and desperate for help)

Startup is in open loop, not using O2s. Just coolant temp, air temp and MAP sensors. Closed loop is at operating temp and uses O2s. No real good way to test an intermittent coil that I know of.

Sputtering / hesitating / stalling after lifter replacement (out of ideas and desperate for help)

Also, you can unplug the O2 and see if that helps. The PCM will fall back to a preprogrammed mixture.

Sputtering / hesitating / stalling after lifter replacement (out of ideas and desperate for help)

Possibly a bad coil. My 4.0 got to the point it was backfiring and misfiring violently with a bad coil. Have you checked the fuel pressure while revving the engine? But if you have soot and gas smell, it appears you have plenty of fuel.

Did they put different transmissions in the Canadian Jeeps?

They were all made in Canada from 87 to 92. Early ones had the BA10, later ones, like my 92 have the AX15.

    No fuel pressure

Not unheard of if they put in a cheap fuel pump.

    Loss of power

I'm going with coil. A weak spark will not ignite the rich mixture that comes with loading it down. The only non China coil that I found for my '92 was a Blue Streak by Standard Ignition. Even the MOPAR ones are from China now and only last a yr or two. Auto parts store brands lasted weeks...

Fuel tank filler hose (New) to short

Replaced mine, no issues with this part:

    Fuel Tube

If all you need is the elbow, most parts stores have a selection. If the plastic pipe is also bad, you can replace it with rubber vacuum hose. Somebody had those vacuum harnesses in stock awhile back though. I'll see if I can find it.

I need help with my power steering pump

I'm going to guess that the nut on the old hose that winds up in the wrong position is frozen to the metal tube. It should spin around the tube on the hose freely.

91 Jeep YJ - Cranks but No start - Have spark and have fuel at fuel rail

The ignition timing is set by the PCM on the 4.0. It is not adjustable.

    Airbox

The TJ box fixed the low intake position with an upturned "trumpet."

    Airbox

Better filtration is the main one, also, the box is less likely to suck in water splashed in the engine bay or thrown by the fan. In dusty environments, the K&N lets too much dirt through and it's not improving perf as the factory filter does not restrict the 6 cyl much less the 4.

    Airbox

Actually you could buy the ebay box and then make something that slides in to replace the other part. The way it is designed with the turn down and being low in the grill makes it subject to sucking up water.

13-16 are noted as for Europe. N/A for US.

1992 Jeep YJ code 37 and no start

Do you remember if the distributor rotor was pointing at cyl 1 when the timing mark was aligned before you replaced it? If the chain skipped, it would have been off. Also, are you sure you didn't install the new distributor 180 out?

    Light Chirp

Remove the belt and then spin all the belt driven items by hand to determine which one is not smooth. As stated above, if it makes noise with belt off, you have another issue.

    Cylinder misfire

And what does the plug from that cyl look like?

91 Jeep YJ - Cranks but No start - Have spark and have fuel at fuel rail

With only 10K on it, that shouldn't be the problem.
