How will 35s be with 4.56 gears?

4.88 w/2.5 5-speed and 32's here. Got so used to mashing the gas w/4.10s & 32s that now I have trouble not speeding. Would not put 35s behind any 4cyl with gears higher than 5.89, now it's axle swaps. 6cyls have the torque to turn 35s running 4.88 maybe 4.56, but I think that's pushing. IMHO...

    Steering wanders

The improvement you mentioned makes want to agree with @machoheadgames that it'geometry. But, this symptom sounds like it could, maybe, kinda, be locker related if it has one, and might be in the rear. Though not quite what I've experienced. But it's easy enough to check if you have one and if...

    Side step install

I would say thread cutting bolts, too. They offer minimal molestation to the frame. The problem with riv-nuts is they need such a large hole, though I use them exclusively on anything sheet metal.

Starting issues with 1994 YJ - saftey lock out?

The blinker issue is indeed strange. But it could be something in the hazard/turn signal switch, too. The hazard button on mine is broke and is on the to-do list, if and when she ever earns the new steering wheel. Works, just doesn't stay on. The not cranking sounds like a problem I had years...

OMG is this funny, as Jeff Foxworthy would have put it "transmission in the bath-tub" kind of guys! I've got most of front axle sitting on the floor right behind me, and 3 lunch-box lockers in the kitchen! Falling out my chair here!

    Ohm's Law

Seeing that most of us are dealing with electrical issues, here's a little helpful tool that as an electrical engineer I could not live without. P is Power in Watts I is the Current or Amps E is Electromotive force or Voltage R is Resistance

Just basic through hole PCB components, crimp it in, shrink wrap it, done. You may have to play with the values a bit to suit your preference. But like I said, the LEDs' don't pull shit as far current draw or wattage. It'll take some experimentation, but buy a cheap kit and find out the value...
