I understand. I'm a little defensive as so many people feel RC stuff is junk. I did choose to replace all of the spring bushings with polyurtethane Daystar bushings and greaseable bolts.

Why would that matter? I'm hesitant to say Rough Country X-series 4.5 as people seem to poo-poo that brand. Regardless of the lift I know I need to replace the drive shaft and install an SYE (but like I said, I may install my T-case drop kit in the interim while I wait for the SYE and new shaft...

I know I need to either drop the transfer case or install an SYE + new driveshaft (looking at Adams right now) but does this look safe to drive out of the garage so I can turn it around? Better light in the rear of the garage and I have to do the front part of the lift kit. I do t recall that...

How does one know if they have an exhaust manifold leak, or a leak somewhere else along the exhaust? I wonder if I have a leak but am not sure how to check. Passed emissions inspection though.

They did - I re-used them at first but am replacing them now.

When my heat is on, there is a relatively high-frequency clicking noise. I'm not versed in heating systems, but the noise is only on when the heat fan is operating. It's annoying ... where should I look to diagnose? What parts should I be looking to fix or replace? I also have a lot of noise...

As chance would have it, I've already purchased poly leaf spring bushings as I was planning on replacing things to see what smoothes out. I'd need an SYE, and maybe some shims, regardless of kit - right? Thanks!
