If you are staying with 31’s, I recommend replacing the springs and throwing on a big pair of truck nuts. I am only half kidding. Based on the type of wheeling you are doing it doesn’t seem like much else is needed.

Easy job with the help of YouTube. Be sure to get a set of ratcheting wrenches to make the job of removing/reinstalling the the belt easier

You may have a worn cylinder. Check the compression on each cylinder. Harbor freight has two test kits. I found the slightly more expensive one to work better. Depending on the severity of the results you may be in for a rebuild…or if it is minor try using a quart of Lucas high mileage oil...

Bring the battery to where you bought it for testing and charging. If it is toast they may give you a new one, depending on the warranty.

Have you tried running it with a known good battery?

The other ones look mint, so maybe get it reupholstered and repaired.

I would go Warn or if you want another brand go with badlands from harbor freight. There are two types of winches, Warn and all the rest.
