While I’m not sure which color carpet came stock in that body color/top combo, I would suggest black and get the ACC carpet if you can get it shipped at a reasonable price. Everyone swears by the ACC carpet over on the TJ forum, which RockAuto sells.

SEM for the win. I have seen many interiors redone with the SEM and it never disappoints.

Its common in the 2.5 liter YJ’s. It’s a much better ratio for bigger tires.

I would reach out to Howell and ask them to point you to an authorized dealer or authorized service provider/installer. Someone familar with Howell and their products are going to hook you up and get your YJ running as it should.

That’s what Ive read as well. Part of it was the government forcing their hand. The CJ had a problem with stability, the YJ addressed the issues and made a bold statement by eliminating the round headlights.
