As macho said, that one PCM is probably bad. I would do like he said and swap the auto pcm in. If it runs on that one, than that pretty much narrows down your issue. When you swapped in the parts PCM, did the check engine light come on when you turn the key?

All Rio Grande YJ's have the same seats in them. His look like aftermarket, maybe Bestop seats? Yours probably look like these which are OEM.

Looking good. I like the hood patina on old YJ's to be honest. I'd be tempted to just clean up the hood and seal it so it doesn't get worse but retains that look. I also understand wanting it to look good too though, so whichever lol. Good luck with it.

Ahh yeah, good point. Could be that 1" difference for clearance. The hangers for the muffler were very easy to get on and don't seem stretched or anything. It all went together very well, just had to clearance the JBA with a hammer so it wouldn't touch where the bellhousing meets the engine lol.
