It’s a ‘95 Sahara 4.0 automatic that shifts hard into reverse and 1st gear. 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd work fine. I first noticed the issue after doing a bunch of work on the drivetrain. I re-geared from 307 to 410, replaced the transfer case drop with an SYE, new rear driveshaft, new u-joints...

Anybody know where to buy gear marking compound locally (Houston, TX area)? I’m attempting my first gear setup this weekend. Pray for me.

I have a locker and a set of gears that I need installed in a TJ Dana 44 that’ll be going on my YJ. Does anybody have a recommendation in the Houston, TX or surrounding area to do the work? I don’t mind driving for a strong recommendation so “surrounding area” can be several hundred miles. Thanks.

‘95 Sahara, 2.5” OME lift and 31”s …..for now.

Are there any issues regearing the axles with an automatic transmission? Are there gearing presets in the ECM? I never considered this but ran into someone who had this issue on a 2012JK. New to the forum and trying to figure this out. Thanks
