Well my '95 Dana 30 on my YJ has started gushing again on the passenger/split side and I want to go to a solid axle and do away with the vacuum actuator... Can you point me in the right direction for donor vehicle and years for the solid replacement? I know I also have to get a replacement cover...

Oh, A word to the wise.....Never take it back to the ones that messed it up.......Things could get much worse.......

Check the firing order.......Is it a 2.5 or a 4.0, Also knowing the year could help.........

Looks lean to me.....Could be altitude, High ethanol content, Does it have a carb? If so, Bigger jets with a rebuild....And I HIGHLY recommend using this in every tank of fuel for "Wetting" Up the fuel and giving upper cylinder lube....

Electricals are NOTORIOUS for being bad out of the box....Thats why parts houses will exchange but not refund.....That being said, I think the odds of getting three new/bad are really high. Did you check/replace your fuel filter? Might have to go as far as pulling your tank and looking for trash...

Haven't read through the replies....But it could be that when the engine compartment gets hot...It's breaking down a weak coil..........
