    is your eng still serviceable, i have learned over time that it better to use what you have," OVER HAUL" you never know what your getting. just a suggestion. good luck

    what brand of plugs are you using? is there a chance that you could takes some photos of eng bay and post, maybe we can spot something that might help, with all the hard work that you done, it got to be thing simple that is missed?

    with the gurgling /underwater sound , could it be a plugged cat or muffler? are you using enough starting fluid, might try gas to see what happens?

    welcome to forum. maybe you need a new gasket on oil drain plug, no additive will help if it coming from drain plug or maybe you need new gasket on oil pan?

    with all new parts, some may be bad. do you have fire at plugs, will it start if you put fuel down the throttle body. what does your codes say. cel off or on?
