i done some further checking, it stated that idle rpm should be around 900, your at 1100, may have a leaking or broke hose some where, has it aways run at 1100, sometime books are wrong.

my spring is hooked on the small square hole just above where your are hooked and it a smaller spring, or it seems to be according to the picture and it not extended as much.

when last time it had a tune-up, you did not state in you list, clean throttle body ?, filters ? it looks like the two spring on the throttle body are not hook right and over extended ?

when the last time it had a complete tune-up, clean throttle body, and fuel filter, new air filter etc ? that {corn Gas} we have to use go bad after a couple weeks, maybe smaller amounts to use quicker ? there is so many variables it hards sometimes to figure out. good luck

chilton book has the wiring diagram, google has parts. if you have a auto zone in your town they have the wiring diagram .

take a look on mcmaster-carr web site, i think they have the connection that you are looking for.

go to youtube it has step by step, it easy

how about a 91-95 throttle control sensor with a pigtail and splice into your current wire ?

if you do a google, there is some that comes up for 91-95 wrangler, not sure if it fits your tps.
