94 Jeep YJ won’t start

My 94 YJ won’t start. Just put a new starter in and that seemed to help for 2 weeks. Now when I turn the key it doesn’t do anything. This was happening before I put the new starter in. Battery is good.

Did the new starter crank freely or did it seem like anything was dragging?

Possibly just a bad new starter. Electrical parts are getting pretty well known for failure right out of the box these days. I personally would take it off and jumper cable it to a known good battery and test it out of the vehicle.
