Is there a special way to mount a TPS? I ask as the bolt holes allow for jigging about and I wondered if there is a 'perfect' position you need to adust it to before screwing it in tightly? If so, what do I need to do and why?
Thanks!

Im not familiar with your years FI system, however typically there are specific voltage requirements at idle. IIRC something like .05 volts. Are the mounting ears slotted? I can say the newer jeeps Ive had you slap it on and there is no adjustment.

Hi Gila, mine is the single point EFI with the TPS bolted on the rear of the throttle body. Yes it has mounting ears which let's you rotate the TPS before you bolt it in place. OK, I understand that idle voltage comment. I'll check it at the weekend. Thanks.
