I have 92 YJ 4.0 no ABS brake booster went bad. I have had 3 boosters sent to me all wrong the bolts on back of booster dont match to holes on fire wall.

The brake booster on a YJ is not mounted to the firewall, it is mounted to a bracket that is bolted to the firewall. TJs and XJs mount to the firewall, my guess is someone probably swapped you to one of those, did some welding to fix the rod length and ditched the bracket. Likely need to grab a bracket from eBay or similar.
If you had a manual, I’d be curious to see how they’re clearing the clutch master cylinder. If it’s auto then that would make more sense. Manual TJ and XJ had the clutch pedal mounted further away (left) so the MC would clear the booster. They had a pedal with an offset to the right to put the pedal pad in a normal spot still.
