I'm in search of a lightbar for my 95 yj. I'd like one that bolts at the bottom of the windshield frame and I could mount round light on. I've not had much luck finding one at all. If anyone knows of a good place to order one, please let me know. Feel free to post any pics of your rig with a lightbar attached. Thanks

Never seen anything like that. I’ve seen people mount a 50” at the top of the windshield, and I’ve seen people mount individual lights (KC, Rigid, etc) at the base of the windshield, one per side.
Consider the fact mounting lights on top of the hood basically will create mass amounts of glare off the hood. IMO its bad enough on top of the roof if you use flood type lights and the hood makes it far worst.
I'm thinking of running five of these hole cut into the front bumper....Three in the center and one on each end.....
Any lights that blast down or across the hood are going to be counterproductive. The amount of light reflected off the hood will screw your night adapted vision all to hell and back. They need to be forward of the hood, or far enough back from the windshield if they're top mounted that the roof acts as a "visor" of sorts to keep the light off of the hood.
As an old deck ape that did a ton of watches in the middle of the bounty seas I can tell you that night vision is all important...
