Roll bar padding windshield attachment bars

I picked up some sport roll bar covers from a local Jeep recycler here in the Daytona Beach area. He had a lot of pads from various year YJ's in stock. I would definitely check a place like that. There are many online.

    '95 Sahara, 1st YJ

You'd think they would be there but I am guessing they used a tailgate from an earlier YJ as the model? Before the 3rd brake light was a thing. I would think they would use a later version and if your YJ didn't have the 3rd brake light, you could just plug the holes but I guess it's not a big...

    1995 Sahara project

Well, the Jeep has been running great. Daytona Beach winter is such a great time to be driving the YJ and I have been doing that quite a bit. I just love driving this thing as much as I can. So a few weeks back, I was driving and the Jeep just felt different to me going down the road. I...

    1995 4.0 spark plugs

These old 4.0's like the cheap plugs. I had read that over and over and when I did my rebuild, I just went with the old Champion copper plugs in mine and she runs great with them.

    Original 'Sahara' Tire Cover?

If you know anybody who is proficient with Adobe Illustrator, that image could be made to be any size and then sent to the company.

1995 YJ turn signal works but then stops with non-blinking green light

They do simply pull out, toward you. They have been in place for most likely, 24 years so they might be comfortable where they are lol. Just pull on them, they will come out.

    Shift knob insert

The best stuff ever lol. It's very similar to Shoe Goo if you have ever seen that. It's a strong adhesive that dries like a strong rubber. I have used it for years for all sorts of things. It's a slow cure though, so if you use it let it cure properly.

Will automatic transmission from 89 XJ fit 90 YJ?

Can't agree with this statement more. Not to mention all the other odds and ends you will need from a donor to make that swap work. I would just spend the time and teach her how to drive the manual. It's a great skill for her to learn anyway and the YJ manual would be pretty easy to learn on.

1994 Hunter Green SE “Back to Stock” Thread

So crazy that it was indeed the flywheel. I have used the LUK flywheels for my go to on OEM replacements for many vehicles over the years. Like dodgerammit mentioned, I will do my best to fix a part or pull it from the yard before I have to buy some Chinese replacement. Thankfully I picked up my...

(SOLVED) Jeep died when coming to stop. Cranks, but won't restart.

I had the exact same issue when I did mine. I laid it down as it instructed but it didn't line up. Looked at the old one and scratched my head for a second. Did the same thing, flipped it around and over and saw that the holes would line up, so in it went. Not sure why it's like that.

(SOLVED) Jeep died when coming to stop. Cranks, but won't restart.

Yeah, pretty much anytime I see somebody post these symptoms, this is the first thing to bring up. It's almost always the issue nowadays. I am glad I saw this problem before I installed my new sender/fuel pump so I was able to swap out that piece of cheap hose and save myself the headache of...

How many gallons of coolant to fill the cooling system and engine block from empty?

Yeah I was about 3 gallons when I filled mine after rebuild. That was with an empty block/head, new heater core and hoses and new reservoir so it was completely empty/dry.

89 YJ 4.2 auto to manual swap help

I swapped my auto for a new AX15 in my 95. I am still using the auto pcm in my Jeep and it runs without any problem. I picked up a manual pcm for it just in case but didn't need it. The wiring was pretty easy. For the reverse light, I just purchased a 2 pin weather pack connecter and spliced it...
