The hardware on my power steering pump on my 95 4.0 is causing the serpentine belt to squeal. I have 2 questions: 1. Is there an upgraded pump that is spring loaded on the market somewhere? 2. Does anyone have a place to buy just the hardware for the power steering pump? Any help would be great!

I own a 95 4.0. Recently and regardless of temperature when I start it after the engine has cooled, it makes a loud squealing noise for 10 or so seconds. Today, it is now overheating. Seems like this could be related. Thoughts? Water pump? Radiator?
