    Nobody ever wants to test/inspect the wiring... You're gonna have to inspect the injector wiring for chaffing.

    Measure the resistance of the injectors. See if the problem cyl is different from the others. You can also swap the injector with another one to see if the problem follows. Your injector o rings are probably old and hard, so if you try this I would get some new o rings.

    Check the battery, battery cables. Try a jump box or jump starting from another vehicle. Swap the ASD relay with the horn relay. Check the ASD fuse. Ignition switch.

    Yes, 2 on the front with the option to put 2 on the back, IIRC. I only have the front ones. The Tuffy comes in 2 widths, I have the narrower one, and there's no spare room between it and the driver's seat because the driver's side seat bracket leans toward the console.

    What do your seatbelts look like? I just put new Bestop seats in my 92 with a Tuffy console and no issues with the belts.

    Turn the key to On several times before cranking. The fuel pump runs about 2 sec each time. If it immediately starts after this, your fuel pump check valve is letting the fuel line drain back into the tank.

    Don't know anyone that's done it, but to go computer free, you'd need carb, old school HEI distributor, and coil. I wouldn't go as far back as a points distributor. I'd suggest checking the CJ forums. If you did go with points, you'd have the apocalypse ready YJ.
