I found a fluid leak on the drivers side floorboard. It has lifted the paint to bare metal so I figure it is brake fluid but where is this coming from??
Fluid leak on drivers floorboard. Suspect this is brake fluid and it has removed the pain in that area. What's leaking??

I've been thinking that. Well guess I can pull it and check the seals. If it is brake fluid I suppose the master cylinder must be leaking too since the booster is a simple vacuum chamber. Any thoughts?
My clutch MC was one of first things to fail, started with the push rod falling out.
After that discovery, brake fluid down the inside of the firewall and no clutch.
Then pretty much everything else hydraulic proceeded to fail.
It was a victim of storage mortality, parked about 10 years before I got it (which the PO neglected to mention).

Ahhh. Did not look at the clutch master cylinder reservoir. Awesome. I'll take a close look at that.
Well here is the follow up... The master cylinder was the culprit. New master cylinder is on the way. Thanks very much for the advice
