Need help.......I changed motor in jeep and went to hook battery up and with key off my check engine light and shift light comes on....go to start lights go off but no fuel pump buzz and starter does nothing....but all lights ,wiper,heater and turn signal work.....need suggestions on what to look for problems....all worked fine before motor change

You need to retrace your steps and go through every single wire and what have you to see what you forgot to hook up.
