YJ Axles 101

Hey Ben! I struggled through rebuilding my rear Dana 35 and might be able to help a little bit. What questions you got?
Had a bind-and-pop issue in the rear axle shortly after purchasing the YJ. I wasn't educated enough in these yet to recognize the D44 rear end. Pulled the cover and found a Detroit locker, which explains a lot.
I do still every once in a great while on left turns get what feels like a bind and pop on left turns. Prop shaft u-joints feel ok. I have read something could be going on in the rear drums?
Also, front diff needs new axle seals. Any advice on things to look out for/avoid? Any tricks to make the job go better?
