What soft top frame has fixed stretchers?

I need a new top for this 91, and cannot figure out where the frame came from, which i was hoping to clean up & reuse. It might be stock, but the stretcher bars from the middle hoop to the back hoop aren’t hinged.

Every top I’ve seen has a hinge in the middle of this part to loosen it before taking it down. I’m not even sure how to operate it right.

Anyone have an idea what sort of frame this is and/or how to work it?

The top is from Bestop but they don’t seem to carry this frame.

In case anyone has the same question in the future, Bestop tells me this is an OEM frame, and that their Replace-a-top will work.

I’ve still never seen another with non-folding spreader bars, and I’m planning to buy folding replacements from rugged ridge for about $20 each, so that the top will be easier to put up and down.
