Just got finished installing powertrax lockers on the front dana 30 diff. no problems putting em in and were in specs of min/max gaps. Start her up and pull out of the drive and in two or four wheel drive, the front end pulls drastically to the passenger side. Any suggestions?

One of the Ugly truths about "lunch-box" lockers is that they are VERY intolerant of any misalignment.
I learned this one the hard way with my D35 rear.
Turns out just clobbering a shock mount was enough to foul the locker, all it took was an 1/8".
Not knowing how you are set up or how your Jeep has been used, it's hard to call, but your housing may be bent.
