Hello all!

I'm working on a 94 YJ I am buying from my best friend. It needs some love (don't they all?), but it was a good deal and I like it.

I'm looking to learn a bit and will share some pictures of my progress, soon!

$3.5k - 135k miles 2.5 / AX5

Mostly just parts / fluid replacements.

Driver side seat was a stab in junkyard piece - replaced all seas with Bestop
2.5 Shackle lift - being replaced with Warrior greaseable units that will be installed when I do a proper lift. I don't need to tell you how bad this thing wanders / darts!
Rubicon Express 2.5 lift - on backorder
Rubicon Express braided brake lines - I'm not putting those metal extension lines from kit on my Jeep!...besides, I'm sure the stock lines are in need of replacement after 26 years.
New 1"extended poly bump stops - mine are all rusted away!
Windshield - gasket / trim was hard, bunched up, leaking water into the window channel (...and ultimately the floorboard)
Window surround to cab gasket - crusty...replaced
Plugs - .55 gap on old copper autolites
Cap / rotor - replacing with DUI copper
Wires - replacing with Moroso / Quadratec
Trans fluid change with Royal Purple
Fuel Filter - will be done this weekend
5th 31" mud claw tire to match the other 4
Wheels - on to-do list
Headlights - From Amazon. These things are impressive!
Rear window to tailgate seal replaced
Rugs pressure washed / interior floors cleaned...disgusting!

I have some other little this and that's on their way, and ordering other stuff seemingly every other day lol

I'll post pictures in a bit...

I think I have already spent $500 plus through Quadratech already lol. I have a big list for mine too, I was looking for one to restore and that is what I got.

That's a pretty clean Jeep!
About 3 years ago, I gave $4500 for mine and gave it a $5000 budget.
I didn't know that my budget would turn into a Continuing Resolution.
