Loose wires and vacuum line

Does anyone know where the green and black wire are supposed to go? They are just ripped out and the connector goes into that loom. The vac line, laying down not tje one up top, is also not connected to anything

The green and black connector goes to a under hood light that's normally right above the picture, mounted on the hood. Someone may have just removed yours. Those vacuum lines lead to the vacuum switch on your transfer case. Mine had the same line not connected to anything. I think it's a check valve that allows the system to work.
