Help identifying this connector

It is in the wiring loom near the injectors on a 1995YJ Rio Grande

I could be way off base here but I had the same thing but missing the blue bit and I was told it was for A/C which my YJ does not have, it's factory fitted and basically surplus. Long since chopped off and wires terminated.
