Howdy all from NV. Just got a 95 YJ with the 4 banger and ax5. Went deer hunting and had to use 4 low on all the climbs for gearing only. Seriously considering a 4.0 swap with ax15. Anyone have a used set available?

The 4.0 will have a lot more power than the 4-banger, but it's still not earth shattering power, but enough.
I would highly suggest purchasing an entire donor vehicle, as it will make the swap much easier than it will be otherwise.

Thankyou. I am guessing I will need to change the transfer case and wiring... for the price I may find a small turbo. Still in weighing options phase.
