I bought some Full Door for my YJ, Previously I had half doors.
Testing them out and doing some repairs so far today.
Been trying to do some research with no luck, do they make door surrounds for 92 YJ ?

I believe, when new, the full doors were only available on hardtop YJs , and the soft top Wranglers were only available with the half doors. Having had both a TJ and a YJ over the years, I don't think TJ surrounds will work on a YJ since there will be interference with the horizontal 'snap channel' that the soft top 'roof' secures to. I suppose you could modify the TJ surrounds, but I looked on the internet and those things are going for around $400...that's a chunk of change to spend on something you'll be cutting up without a guarantee you can make it work. Best Top makes a soft top kit that compensates for the void but it requires removal of your factory soft top and associated hardware (soft top bows, snap channels, etc). The Best Top kit comes with all mount hardware, bow and tub channels, you can find it here (among other places):

I installed the kit on my '90 YJ with full doors. There is no channel where the door frame meets the top, The door seal actually rides on the outside of the window panel and keeps the environment out via compression once the door is closed. By and large it keeps 99% of the water out, but I wouldn't recommend taking it through a car wash....if you end up going this route, you may want to consider replacing the door seals as they'll be more pliable than the originals if still installed on your doors.

Btw, did you sort out the the gap between the forward edge of the door window frame and the windshield frame? The factory soft top windshield frame trim has a integrated 'pin' that the horizontal snap channel secures to and it prevents the full door from closing. I ended up modifying the trim pieces by cutting off those pins and trimming some interfering material to get the doors to seal properly.
