Just recently aquired (for free, as is) a 89 with a 350 sbc in it with fuel injected conversion, and lots of little problems with. One is the stock tach is not working. I have messed with it but havnt done a ton of messing with it, cause im taking care of other bigger issues. but dont know if its not working cause of the moter change, or if its just the tach. HOw do i test the tach to make sure its working. iv ried tracing the wire back to the motor, byut i have a brids nest of wire under the dash from the old wiring and the new wiring and for the fuel jection system. any ideas where to go or check or any thing. might just buy a new tach and see if that works.
