Hello all; Has anyone replace there actual hinge pins. I have looked at all the aftermarket hinges out there and they are all thinner than the factory hinge and none have beveled holes for the screws. I would like to replace the hinge pin itself but have not found any one that has done this no videos etc. My drives side door pins are worn I have the Kentrol Delrin bushing But there is still some up and down play. of course this exaggerated the final point at the latch with about a 1/4 drop. There is no way to fix this without replacing the pins. Any recomendation on replacement pins. As an FYI I already bought used set on eBay that looked top be in good shape but the sale issue the pin is worn. The Kentol bushings are as fallows OD - .465 ID - .387 Current pins are is .014 to 0.17 smaller due to ware. While this does not seam like much it make a big difference when both are worn and you add length and wight to the door.
