More trouble codes

Really ! WTF !!!
94 yj started running like crap , code for O2 came up replaced no change , then map came up replaced .no change . I noticed a small spark under the loom where all the wire meet . I removed all the factory tape and looked underneath to find several rubbed bare from vibration and #4 injector 1wire connected by a thread
Repaired and liquid taped all the others . But now throwing even more codes that haven't ever started to address ! Any wisdom would be much appreciated !
