Dawn soap and water. Dawn will not (shouldn't) harm the plastic windows. A guy at a detail shop told me that is what he uses whenever he details a convertible. Add this mixture to a spray bottle spray it on and use soft microfiber towels. Then hose it off and dry it with another clean microfiber towel
Since you are in a warm climate, hose off the windows to remove the looser gunk. Use a vinegar based window cleaner with several cloth towels. Then use a spray wax to coat the window(s).
For the canvas, use a mold/mildew remover. let is sit for 5-10 minutes but don't let it dry. A soft bristle brush really help remove the stuff on the canvas.
If you have a power washer, do not use the highest pressure nozzle and do not spray the stitching.

To clarify, there is this green stuff (could be mold?) splattered across the plastic part of the window in the photo. I don't know how to get it out.
Once they're clean, I've heard that furniture polish buffs them up really good and will polish out some surface scratches and what not.
