this will jump the relay and supply power to the pump constantly. Its more of a troubleshooting method rather than a solution. if jumping the relay causes the pump to run correctly then your relay could be a cause, or something forward of that.

Picked this up a while back, might be obvious to some. And if you have a pre-1992, it might be over next to the battery. See? I'm helping :)
