I've done the Posi-Lok fix, and it works, sort of. You need to be moving when you engage it or it ain't going in. I also had trouble with it disengaging under heavy load. Kinda scary. I wasn't impressed. I'll be trying the axle shaft replacement this weekend. I have a D30 from a Grand with new...
